McLaren Gould joined Sloan in 2011 as a member of the Action Learning Program where she worked with faculty, students, and sponsor organizations to facilitate international experiential learning engagements in Africa, Asia, Latin America, and the Middle East.
As a member of the Office of International Programs, McLaren focuses on research and assessment of global strategic partnership opportunities, particularly in the South East Asian and African regions. She also assists in managing International Faculty Fellow visits to MIT Sloan.
McLaren mentors in the Boston Public school system, where she tutors in English for speakers of other languages and mathematics. An alumna of Boston University, she holds a BA with Distinction in international relations with focus on international business and economics and Middle East/African Studies and a Minor in environmental analysis & policy.
