As Assistant Director for the Office of International Programs (OIP), Sandonei Chiodini is responsible for coordinating the MIT Sloan relationship with the Epoch Foundation, including faculty visits, biennial seminars in Cambridge, and the Executive programs educational allowances.
He also oversees the Visiting Fellows Program, The Lisbon MBA Summer Immersion Program; the International Faculty Fellows visits for Vale Institute of Technology, Brazil; Católica-Lisbon School of Business and Economics; and Nova School of Business and Economics, Portugal.
Prior to joining MIT Sloan, Sandonei worked at the Consulate General of Brazil. He assisted with diplomatic visits to universities, fostered educational partnerships, and managed issuance of visas and passports.
He also gave lectures on language studies and global health for a Teacher Training College when he volunteered in Angola-Africa.
While working at the Institute for International Cooperation and Development, Sandonei managed recruiting events, screened applicants, and promoted the Institute throughout South America and the Caribbean.
During his early career, he focused on the financial and logistic areas of a major wood manufacturing company, Manoel Marchetti Ltd in Brazil. The company exports doors and other construction products to Europe and Asia.
A native of Brazil, Sandonei holds an International Business Administration degree from Leonardo da Vinci University, and is currently earning an MBA from Bentley University
