Katie Ferrari helps develop the strategic vision for student initiatives that support learning, leadership, and impact outside the classroom. Katie oversees clubs and the Sloan Student Senate and their initiatives for engagement and impact. She also manages student conferences and case competitions, and she provides personal advising, crisis support, and leadership coaching to MIT Sloan students.
Prior to joining MIT Sloan in 2013, Katie worked at Root Capital, an international NGO that provides access to credit, markets, and financial advisory services to small and growing businesses in Latin America and Africa. She also spent three years managing student services at the David Rockefeller Center for Latin American Studies at Harvard University.
Katie holds an AB in romance languages and literatures from Harvard College and an MA in Law and Diplomacy from The Fletcher School at Tufts University.
