Biography
Dr. Mark Klein is a Principal Research Scientist at the MIT Center for Coordination Science, and an affiliate at the MIT Computer Science and AI Lab as well as the New England Complex Systems Institute. His research focuses on developing insights, methods, and tools that enable better coordination in distributed enterprises and software systems. Before joining MIT, he worked as a researcher at Hitachi, the Pennsylvania State University, and Boeing.
