When will I receive my registration information?
Alumni celebrating a reunion (years ending with a ‘3’, ‘8’, or ‘17’) will receive an email announcement and print mailing in late March 2018 with registration information. Alumni will be able to register online at that time. Please ensure your contact information is up to date in the Alumni Directory in order to receive email and mail communications.

    Weekend Materials:
Reunion Registration Packets will be available for you to pick up at any of the scheduled registration times. The packet will include the schedule for Reunion Weekend, information about class-specific events, tickets to specific events, name badge(s), maps, and more.

How do I register for Reunion?
    Registration opens in April 2018.
To register for Reunion, see who else has registered, and find the latest Reunion news, visit: mitsloan.mit.edu/alumni/reunion-2018. Click “Register” and complete the registration form for you and your guest(s). You may pay by credit card on our secure site. For guests that are also in celebrating their MIT Sloan Reunion, we ask that you register separately in order to capture all degree information accordingly.

What's the registration deadline and cancellation policy?
    Deadlines:
Take advantage of our early registration discount, sign up by April 27. Registration deadline is June 4. Walk-ins are welcome if space is available, although preregistration is encouraged as event prices are increased for walk-ins. Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Cancellations and refunds are made possible until Monday, June 4, 2018.
All fees associated with your registration can be refunded with the exception of the registration fee. Please note, contributions made to the Reunion Class Gift are not considered fees.

Refunds cannot be issued for requests received after June 4 or for no-shows during Reunion Weekend.

Can I change my preferred class year?
If you associate better with the class prior or post your actual graduating year, we can change your preferred year. In order to change your MIT Sloan preferred class year affiliation, please send an email requesting this change to mitsloanreunion@mit.edu. Once your record has been updated you will ONLY receive information for the preferred class year.

What is the cost to attend Reunion?
Reunion pricing is à la carte; you pay for what you want to attend. The registration fee is $30 and it is non-refundable. All lifelong learning workshops and faculty sessions, are free of charge. The sessions with cost associated are generally meals, including the Class Dinner, and ticketed events off campus such as the tours. Some class specific events may have a charge, but that is determined by the Reunion Class Committees. You will see the breakdown of prices when registration opens.

    Reunion Class Gift Participation

How can I contribute to my Class Reunion Gift?
Easily! Please visit http://giving.mit.edu/sloangift to make a gift towards the MIT Sloan Reunion Gift Fund, which its priority is the MIT Sloan Annual Fund.

When should I make my gift?
Gifts made between July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2018 will count towards the Reunion Class Gift. Totals will be announced during Reunion Weekend. Make your gift before June 7 to be included!

How much should I give to the Reunion Gift?
Every gift matters! We encourage alumni to make a gift that is meaningful to them. The median gift is $200 and the average gift is $1,200. Some alumni choose to mark this exciting milestone by joining the Dean’s Circle.

    What is the Dean’s Circle?
The Dean’s Circle is MIT Sloan’s leadership giving society. Members of the Dean’s Circle support the MIT Sloan Annual Fund with a gift of $2,500 or more—or for graduates of the last four years, $1,000 or more—in a given fiscal year (July 1-June 30).

Dean’s Circle members receive insider access to MIT Sloan events and exclusive exposure to the research and thought leadership that their giving supports. Members are also invited to a special reception with the Dean during Reunion Weekend.

What does the MIT Sloan Annual Fund support?
Fueled entirely by community members like you, the MIT Sloan Annual Fund empowers students, faculty, and alumni to defy convention, and bring ideas that matter to the world.

REAL IMPACT: The MIT Sloan Annual Fund provides expanded funding for the programs and initiatives that matters most:
    • Supporting innovative new programs & courses
    • Offering fellowships to attract the best and brightest prospective students
    • Funding groundbreaking research projects developed and led by junior faculty
    • Expanding MIT Sloan’s network of action learning labs
    • Building the MIT Sloan alumni and student network

    Guests and Family

What if my guest is also a Sloan alumnus and celebrating Reunion?
We ask that you please register separately so we have you both marked as alumni and receive separate registration materials.

What events can I bring guests to? Are children welcome to attend?
We welcome and encourage all guests to attend Reunion Weekend. However, there are a few events that do not have kid-friendly activities. Those include: Classroom Workshops and Sessions, Class Dinners, and the Alumni C-function. Highly recommended events for children include: Kid Tech, Boston Duck Tour, Fenway Park Tour, and MIT Sloan Family Barbecue.

Does MIT Sloan provide any child care services during Reunion?
The MIT Alumni Association offers a youth program, Kid Tech, for children ages 6–12. Babysitting services are also available through Care.com, a local childcare provider that MIT partners with. Learn more about Kid-Friendly activities.
