Class of 1969

More than 700 MIT Sloan alumni, family members, and friends came together at Reunion 2004 in June to reminisce and celebrate common bonds. The alumni spanned 11 classes and hailed from 22 countries. Total attendance marked the largest in MIT Sloan's history.

Alumni energy, ideas, and spirit made reunion a great success.

The MIT Sloan spirit was evident among the Class of 1969 attendees. Class members met for a class dinner Saturday evening at Sidney's Grille in the Hotel @ MIT. They were well represented at the Dean's Luncheon, the Back-to-the-Classroom sessions, and the other reunion events. On Sunday they met at the Boston Harbor Hotel for brunch and afterward took a walking tour of Boston's North End and waterfront.

The class also graciously offered financial support to MIT Sloan and MIT: $1,030,901, contributed from 30 percent of the class members — much appreciated support for MIT Sloan's efforts to advance the practice of management.

Thanks especially go to members of the 1969 Class Reunion Committee, who gave their time and energy to help make Reunion 2004 such a great experience.
