* Sloan Innovation Period (SIP) is an intense week of experiential leadership learning, and exposure to the groundbreaking faculty research in the form of seminars, workshops, and activities. Full-time recruiting interviews may be held during October SIP. Company presentations may only be held in the evenings after 6 p.m. during October SIP.
MIT Sloan is a pioneer in adopting innovative approaches to education, such at the Beer Game, which was developed here as a system dynamics exercise.
