Résumé Databases

Résumé Databases are the primary tools used by employers to identify students with particular backgrounds or interests. If your firm recruits at MIT Sloan, these databases enable you to target candidates to invite to recruiting events or to sign up on your schedule(s). If you do not come to campus to interview, you may use the résumé databases to identify and independently contact students who meet your requirements.

The full-time résumé database will be released the week of September 21, 2009; the summer internship résumé database will be available the week of November 16, 2009. The résumés are indexed by the students' preferred job functions, preferred industries, fields of former study, fields of prior work experience and functional experience, language capabilities, and citizenship/work authorization. We outsource our résumé databases through MBA Focus. You may pre-order Résumé databases beginning June 1, 2009.
