For over ten years, Rodrigo Cavalcanti has been involved in the management of R&D projects for large telecommunications corporations in Brazil. He is the founder and director of GTEL, a research institute focused on developing wireless networks and technologies for improved access to internet services by the general population. Rodrigo holds a doctor of science degree in electrical engineering from the University of Campinas, Brazil.

Rodrigo decided to further enhance his education by attending MIT Sloan Executive Education programs. He states, “The executive education programs at MIT Sloan showed me an entire new dimension of knowledge that complemented my specialized technical background.
