George E. Drazinakis is the CEO of Performance Coatings International, a high-performance, UV-curable coatings manufacturer for polymeric substrates. He is also the CEO for Plast-O-Matic Valves, Inc. an innovative quality leader of thermoplastic valves and controls for corrosive and ultra-pure liquids.

George’s 25 year professional career includes senior management positions with Bayer AG, Gambro Healthcare, and Dresser Industries. He has managed worldwide operations, R&D, and marketing within the medical diagnostics, instrumentation, and plastics industries. George is currently starting new business ventures in Greece and China. He also mentors young managers that want to excel in alchemy, by becoming agents of creative transformation.

George holds a BS in mechanical engineering from Texas A&M University and a MS in management and business economics from Stevens Institute of Technology. He continued his post graduate studies at the Wharton School of Decision Sciences, University of Pennsylvania and the College of Engineering, University of Michigan.
