Dan Fatlund works for Nokia Devices, a global organization spread over several continents and time zones. The company operates in an extremely dynamic and competitive environment which forces it to stay on the cutting edge of technology, constantly reinventing itself. Dan transitioned from a technical position into a managerial one and decided to enroll in MIT Sloan Executive Education programs to gain the skill set he would need to tackle his complex suite of responsibilities.
