Ludwig Heil is responsible for implementing new support strategies and for supporting enterprise and operator customers in the area of mobility solutions such as mobile email, device management, and voice over IP (VoIP). In addition, he is leading efforts in implementing new knowledge management initiatives aimed at improving customer care capabilities.
In his previous career at the IBM Scientific Center and a leading system integrator in Germany, Ludwig was a key player in designing, developing, and supporting leading edge technologies. He started out by pioneering ISO OSI message handling and directory service applications. Later, he worked in billing and customer care for the first digital wireless service operators in North America.
