MIT Sloan executive programs take place on or near the MIT campus, or at Endicott House, MIT’s executive conference center.
MIT Sloan is located on the banks of the Charles River in Cambridge, Mass. At MIT, virtually every building has been the birthplace of a major innovation. The buildings of MIT Sloan are no exception.
Two of MIT Sloan’s landmark buildings, in fact, are part of corporate legend. MIT Sloan’s hub, E-52, housed the U.S. headquarters of Unilever Corporation before Alfred P. Sloan purchased it for MIT in 1950. Unilever’s owner commissioned the lobby’s historic murals.
Next door, in building E-51, National Research Corporation made beverage history during World War II. The company’s attempts to freeze-dry blood using low-temperature physics yielded an unexpected result: freeze-dried orange juice and the now-famous brand, Minute Maid.
Each building on the MIT Sloan campus is consistently upgraded to respect its origins while providing the resources the community needs to continue shaping corporate history.
For programs held on campus, participants are responsible for their own accommodations. We partner with several local hotels to offer participants competitive rates and convenient accommodations. Please refer to this list of nearby hotels.
