If your schedule changes and you can no longer attend the program, you may be able to send a qualified colleague in your place. All substitutes require prior approval from the program faculty. Therefore, any requests for substitutes must be submitted in writing to the Registrar at least 10 days prior to the start of the program. The new participant will also need to fill out an application form.

Deferral Policy

All enrollment deferrals must be requested in writing. Send a note to the Registrar indicating that you wish to have your enrollment deferred until next year.

Deferrals requested more than 42 days prior to the start of the program will not incur any fee. If you have paid in full, your payment will be applied to the tuition in the new session, and you will not be charged any increase in tuition related to the new session. If you have not paid in full, you will be billed the tuition for the new session. Please note that there may be an increase in tuition for the new session.

Deferrals requested between 22 and 42 days prior to the start of the program will incur a 25 percent fee; deferrals requested between 21 days and 1 day prior to the start of the program will incur a 50 percent fee. Any balance remaining after the fee will be applied toward your tuition in the new session. You will be responsible for the remaining tuition balance for the new session. Please note that there may be an increase in tuition for the new session. Deferrals requested on the day or after the start of the program will incur a 100 percent fee. Your enrollment acceptance will be transferred to the new session, but you will be responsible for the full tuition of the new session.

If you choose to defer your admission to a future program session (within one year), you must attend that session or you will forfeit your remaining balance. There is no cancellation allowed on deferred admissions.
