IT management expert Cyrus Gibson examines the impact of information technology on organizational strategy, culture, and management practice. Currently, he works in the Center for Information Systems Research on the organizational and behavioral impact of new systems and new IT capabilities, on appropriate strategies of change for different contextual conditions (i.e., "big bang" vs. "evolution" vs. "improvisation"), and on developing diagnostics to assess an organization's receptivity for IT-related change.
