Dania Dialdin

Biography

Dania Dialdin is a Lecturer in Behavior and Policy Sciences at the MIT Sloan School of Management.

Her teaching interests center on negotiations and organization theory.  Dialdin’s research interests include triadic underpinnings of social networks, strategic alliances, and venture capital industry in the Middle East.

She was previously an Assistant Professor of Strategy and International Business at Sawyer Business School, Suffolk University. Prior to that she was a post-doctoral research fellow at Erasmus University and a lecturer at the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University.

Dialdin also has international industry experience as a planning analyst in distribution operations for Saudi Aramco.

She holds a BA in psychology from Wellesley College, an MA in international development education from Stanford University, and a PhD in management and organizations from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University.
