Virtual Customer Initiative

This research initiative is a multidisciplinary approach to improving the speed, accuracy, and usability of customer input to the product development process. By developing and testing new web-based methods researchers seek to radically reduce the time lag between customer input and product development response — and at a fraction of current cost. The initiative goals include virtual customer methods that are accurate and relevant to product development teams.
