The highly effective full-time format has been the program standard for decades. This option allows fellows to immerse themselves completely in the program's legendary learning environment. For one intensive year, they devote their full concentration to business solutions. They investigate issues vital to their organizations. And they delve into the MIT community and learn how to turn inspired ideas into productive innovations.

Being plugged in to the program on a full-time basis gives fellows 24/7 access to program resources and optimal opportunities for forging strong ties with program faculty and other fellows. This format also provides enhanced opportunities for building connections across the Institute, Cambridge/Boston, and the vast MIT network.
