To ensure a high level of interaction, the number of
participants is limited to 25. Participants are
admitted after approval of their applications by the
Executive Board. Companies should use the
following criteria in nominating qualified men and
women.
- Five or more years of relevant organizational
experience, including managerial experience.
- A current position in middle management or
higher, carrying significant managerial
responsibilities, with high potential for future
promotion.
- Intellectual curiosity; willingness and ability to
learn and unlearn. Companies should weigh heavily
whether the candidate is anxious to stimulate and
accelerate his or her own growth and development.
