Alumni Network

MIT Sloan's MBA is a two-year program, but the connections students build last the rest of their lives. MIT Sloan graduates are armed with myriad professional skills and personal growth experiences that prepare them to take on any challenge. In addition, they are automatically plugged into the network of over 25,000 MIT Sloan alumni and 100,000 MIT alumni — successful leaders and innovators in a broad spectrum of industries and fields worldwide. In more than 75 MIT Alumni Association Clubs around the world, fellow alumni foster close connections to each other and to MIT Sloan.

Our graduates have also built a strong tradition of engaging with current students that is rewarding for all. As advisors, they help guide students through their MIT Sloan experience and advise them on future plans. As guest speakers, alumni enliven campus discussions and conferences, and as an integral part of the annual trips and treks, alumni arrange for industry tours and host receptions for visiting students.

The Institute Career Assistance Network (ICAN) can put students in touch with MIT and MIT Sloan alumni who have specifically agreed to be contacted for networking purposes. ICAN is a supercharged version of the Alumni Directory, making it a powerful resource.
