Spring Trips

Every year, several groups of Sloanies decide to transform Spring Break into the opportunity of a lifetime — a chance for unprecedented access to the world's leaders in business, government, and NGOs. Whether it's networking with leading high-tech executives in Korea; meeting with the President of India and touring major industries there; or viewing Africa's small business and development prospects up-close, each trip provides enriching educational and personal experiences that students can draw on for a lifetime.

Each Spring Trip is different. Each one is designed by a group of Sloanies with a good idea and a thoughtful plan, who apply to the Student Affairs Office for support. Each trip is a partnership between the student organizers, staff ambassadors, and faculty sponsors. And each trip is unforgettable.

Student voices: Allen Breed, MBA ’11
"One of the things that really intrigued me about MIT Sloan is that the School fosters individuals who really have a desire to improve themselves on a broad scale and to develop a unique way of thinking as opposed to honing specific skills that they already have. In the twenty-minute lecture they held during the AdMit weekend, I was already inspired to think about things I never had before." More >>
