Tours and Treks
Building on preparatory coursework, Study Tours offer an opportunity for further study and in-depth exploration of companies in the industries students are pursuing. They are directed learning experiences for credit under the guidance of faculty. Past experiences have included a clean energy study tour to Europe and an education study tour to Brazil.
Treks are more informal, student-organized trips that are supported by the Career Development Office. Treks focus on areas with a high density of relevant businesses. Recent treks include visits to Japan, New York, Korea, Las Vegas, India, Silicon Valley, and Turkey.
