MIT Sloan welcomed new and returning students to campus

Students noshed at a New England clambake, embarked on a three-hour tour, and much more!

MBA students picked up materials during pre-orientation activities. All first-year MBA students arrived on campus for orientation activities starting Aug. 31.

MIT Sloan graduate students became acquainted with one another and learned about some of MIT’s many resources and opportunities during an information fair August 26.

MBA students listened to MIT Sloan Dean David Schmittlein who welcomed them at a breakfast Aug. 31.

MIT President L. Rafael Reif and members of the Office of the Dean for Graduate Education, including Dean Christine Ortiz, hosted a Q&A session for all graduate students Aug. 31.

More than 900 MIT Sloan graduate students embarked on a three-hour cruise aboard the Odyssey and the Spirit of Boston for the annual Sea Function Sept 8. Students enjoyed dinner and dancing on an unseasonably warm late summer evening.
