Second-Year Paper

In addition to taking elective classes, students in the second year of the program are expected to complete an independent research project, also know as the Second-Year Paper. This paper is often a student's first attempt at serious independent research.

With broad-ranging interests and expertise in accounting and finance, Professor S.P. Kothari researches, among other topics, the use of employee stock options for compensating executives.
