There are abundant internship and post-graduation opportunities for Sloan undergraduates. Our students are valued for their combination of analytical and technical decision making with the ability to communicate and implement solutions.

They choose to work for established companies and organizations, join or pursue their own start-ups, or continue on to graduate school. They work for consulting firms, commercial and investment banks, financial and investment service organizations, and high-tech firms. They are employed as financial analysts, consultants, software engineers, portfolio analysts, or new product managers. They are located in the Boston area, across the country, and around the world.

The MIT Global Education and Career Development Office (GECD) hosts many company presentations and set up recruiting schedules for the companies to interview students. Most MIT Sloan undergrads take advantage of the many resources at MIT GECD to identify and contact the companies they join before and after graduation. The Sloan Undergraduate Education Office supplements the GECD resources with additional company and industry information. Sloan undergraduates also utilize the Sloan student network for help with their job searches - a network developed through classroom and community interactions.
