Ellinor Kasahara


Ellinor Dalbye Kasahara has over 10 years of experience in the field of higher education, research and innovation. She is a public policy specialist and has worked exhaustively with national research policy and funding instruments. As the Chief of Staff at OsloMet – Oslo Metropolitan University, she plays a central role in transforming the organization from a university college to a world-class university. In her role as senior advisor at the Ministry of Education and Research, she proposed and led the development of the Long-term plan for research and higher education, defining national priorities and objectives until 2024. She holds a Master degree in literature from the University of Oslo and is currently working towards her second Master in Management at BI Norwegian Business School. She is an avid reader, and resides in Oslo with her husband and two children
