Brand Guidelines

Fonts

The selection of typography plays an important role in reinforcing our brand in all communications.

We use Arial in all internal communications and PowerPoint presentations. It is clear and modern and, as a standard font, is available on PCs and Macs and translates well across formats. For printed materials such as brochures, banners, signs, and other collateral such as backpacks, water bottles, or other gifts, please use Futura LT Pro, a custom font selected as part of our visual identity. Outside designers and vendors should contact the Office of Communications at brand.mitsloan@mit.edu to access the font.

When you want to use a serif font for body copy, we suggest you use Times New Roman.
