    All students are granted a financial package that follows the general guidelines below. Please note that figures are for the current fiscal year budget, and may increase in future years.

    • Students take an average of five years to complete the program.
    • A typical funding package covers a period of five years, guaranteed to students in good standing.
    • Students receive full tuition plus an stipend of $34,650.
    • Funding is comprised of a fellowship combined with a research or teaching assistantship. A 50% fellowship is guaranteed in the fifth year.
    • Precise distribution of each source is determined by the faculty for each research group.
    • Health insurance is provided. 
    • A new laptop computer is supplied in the first and fourth years.
