- An initial conversation to introduce you to the MIT EMBA and to understand your leadership development priorities
- Discussion of possible candidate(s)
- Nomination of candidate(s)
- Candidate pre-application interview
- Candidate completion of the admissions application
- Candidate on-campus interviews
- Admission committee decision
