An immersive curriculum

The MIT Sloan Fellows MBA curriculum is built on the foundations of management science and the program’s three pillars: leadership, innovation, and global perspective. You’ll pursue electives, industry projects, and independent research focused on your topics of interest. Outside of the classroom, you’ll experience intensive sessions with an executive coach to develop a strategy for your personal leadership goals. This is your year to experiment and explore.
