Loredana Padurean

Professor Loredana Padurean is a Faculty Fellow at MIT Sloan where she teaches Executive Education entrepreneurship programs. She is one of the co-leaders and founding members of Asia School of Business, established in collaboration with MIT Sloan in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, where she serves as a Senior Associate Dean and Faculty Director for Action Learning, Innovation and Entrepreneurship.

She is the author of The Job is Easy, The People are Not and together with MIT Sloan Professor Charlie Fine, she is working on the next book Nail it, Scale it, Sail it - Operations for Entrepreneurs. Loredana is a global speaker who loves animals, vegan food and quiet days in the county
