The health and safety of our event attendees is of great importance to us. Visitors to campus must adhere to all current MIT health and safety guidelines.

As of May 2022 MIT is strongly encouraging all alums and their guests—as well as event participants, staff, and volunteers—to wear high-quality masks during indoor events. Our team will make face coverings available for free at all indoor events.

The Institute expects that event attendees who are eligible to be vaccinated will be up-to-date on their Covid vaccinations or have a medical or religious reason why they cannot receive the vaccine. We strongly encourage attendees who are unvaccinated or who have concerns to wear a well-fitting mask at all events. Vaccination and masks are not currently mandated or required however, are highly recommended for the safety of all.

The Institute will continue to closely monitor the Covid-19 situation, and keep you updated about any changes to our policies or plans. Full information about MIT policy in regard to Covid-19 is available at MIT Now.

What should I do if I become sick or contract Covid-19 while on-campus? If you become symptomatic or test positive while on campus, please report immediately to MIT Sloan Reunion organizers, mitsloanreunion@mit.edu and acknowledge that you/your guests will need to leave campus directly and will be responsible for securing isolation accommodations.

Note:  These guidelines are subject to change.

Smart. Safe. Together.
