Food Supply Chain Analytics and Sensing Initiative

AMR Data Pipeline

The integrated State Administration for Market Regulation (AMR) Food Tests database provides valuable information related to risk throughout the different supply chain locations (e.g., retailers, manufacturers, wholesale markets, restaurants, farms). Specifically, it provides information on how the AMR food inspection resources are currently allocated across different locations, and the corresponding failure rate (i.e., fraction of tests that detected adulterants). When combined with technical analysis, it provides information on the likely source of detected adulterants.
