2022 Healthcare Certificate Ceremony

2022 MIT Healthcare Certificate Recipients

On May 25, 2022, 36 students from eight MIT programs will receive the Healthcare Certificate. This year’s class is 20% larger than last year’s, continuing the trend of increasing interest in healthcare at MIT.

For the first time since 2019, we are excited to be holding the ceremony in person at Le Meridien Hotel in Cambridge. The pandemic resulted in virtual ceremonies in 2020 and 2021, but this year we are holding a hybrid event.

Barry Stein, EMBA ’17 and Chief Clinical Innovation officer at Hartford Healthcare will be the guest speaker. He plans to share how his experience at Sloan in general and in Healthcare Lab in particular and proved useful in working on the frontlines of the COVID-19 pandemic.
