The CFO Act at 25: Perspectives from Two Decades of CFO Surveys & Prospects for the Future
The Center for Finance and Policy is participating in an interactive event to discuss the views of federal chief financial officers as expressed in an upcoming reported entitled “The CFO Act 25 Years Later: What Happened… and What’s Next?” The report is the culmination of extensive research on nearly two decades of annual U.S. government CFO surveys — looking not only at what’s happened since the CFO Act was put in place 25 years ago but also potential future roles for federal CFOs. The event will be held in Washington DC on November 17, 2015, and is being co-sponsored by the Association of Government Accountants (AGA) and Grant Thornton LLP. Attendance is by invitation only.
