Achieving Equity in the Workplace and Fairness in our Homes
As women continue to strive toward their professional and personal goals, we must dismantle the outdated inaccurate biases against their potential, time and commitment. In this workshop led by Author and Workplace Strategist Joan Kuhl, we are tackling equity in the workplace along with reclaiming time in our personal lives. This program is designed with individuals and leaders in mind. Joan Kuhl will provide a deep dive into the Fair Play method to equity, that will encompass 3 main themes:
- Understanding invisible work in the workplace and in our homes
- Education about the Toxic Trio: Imposter Syndrome + Perfectionism + Intentional Invisibility
- Proactive strategies for identifying triggers, unlearning self-limiting habits and setting boundaries that stick
Through interactive exercises, we will explore strategies to be seen, heard and valued at work and beyond. Research proves these strategies help individuals and leaders build resilience and career endurance to help navigate stress and uncertainty. Together, we will build a roadmap to lead positive change for ourselves and advocate for those around us.
