About

Yaminette Diaz-Linhart  is a Postdoctoral Associate at the MIT Sloan School of Management with the Institute for Work and Employment Research and Work and Organization Studies (IWER).

Her research focuses on exploring the role of worker voice in promoting worker well-being, drawing from an integrated approach to voice by looking at speaking up behaviors, organizational opportunities for voice and voice structures, like labor unions.  

Yaminette has extensive professional experience in policy, practice and research as a public health social worker focused on promoting community well-being across Massachusetts.

She received a PhD from the Heller School of Social Policy and Management at Brandeis University, and holds an MSW/MPH from Boston University and an AB in Anthropology & Psychology from Mount Holyoke College.
