We are excited to announce the appointment of Dr. Ben S. Bernanke as our Distinguished Senior Fellow for the 2020-2021 academic year. After an esteemed career in both academics and government, the former Federal Reserve chair will spend the year contributing to the Center’s research and outreach agenda, teaching a graduate-level financial regulation class, and participating in a variety of MIT online seminars and events.
Dr. Bernanke noted, “I am looking forward to re-engaging with the cutting edge research and teaching at MIT, where I received my own graduate education forty years ago.”
