Since 2022, Javiera Aldunate has been the Representative of the MIT Sloan Latin America Office (MSLAO), which supports the creation and transfer of knowledge and the advancement of management education and practices in the region.She served as the head of the International Affairs Office of the Chilean Ministry of Energy, strategically promoting the country's position in the energy field. Previously, she was the Executive Director of the World Energy Council Chile, a global non-profit association promoting dialogue to encourage sustainable energy development. She is also the creator of the leadership development program Women in Energy-Chile and a mentor in many organizations that foster entrepreneurship and networks for women's professional growth.She is a Designer from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, has an MBA from Universidad del Desarrollo, and has undertaken training programs at Stanford University and Babson College. She has extensive experience in creative strategy development, interdisciplinary project management, and user-centered projects.
