- Open to all EMBA and SFMBA students and all EMBA, SFMBA, and MOT alumni.
- Bidding results will be posted on Wednesday, November 13, at the start of the Add/Drop Round.
Add/Drop Round | Wednesday, November 13, at 12:00 p.m. ET to Tuesday, November 19, at 12:00 p.m. ET
- Open to all EMBA and SFMBA students and all EMBA, SFMBA, and MOT alumni.
- This round occurs in real-time, with seats filling on a time-sensitive basis.
Waitlist Round | Wednesday, November 20, at 12:00 p.m. ET to Tuesday, November 26, at 12:00 p.m. ET
- Open to all EMBA and SFMBA students and all EMBA, SFMBA, and MOT alumni to bid for waitlist positions in closed courses.
- Bids in this round only allow access to waitlist positions and do not guarantee actual seats in a class.
Waitlist Adjustment Period | Monday, December 2, at 12:00 p.m. ET to Friday, December 6, at 5:00 p.m. ET
- If a seat becomes available during the Waitlist Adjustment Period and you are next on the waitlist, you will be contacted. Alumni whose requests have been fulfilled must confirm their acceptance of these adjustments by 5:00 p.m. ET on Monday, December 9.
- We will accommodate as many waitlist requests as possible. If you do not receive communication by Friday, December 6, about a change in your course placement based on a waitlist request, it means we were unable to accommodate a change to your course selections.
You will receive an email one to two business days before each bidding round opens with more information on how to bid.
