Enterprise Management Certificate (EMC) EMBA curriculum requirements for AY 2025-26

Required subjects
EMBA students meet all requirements except 15.830 EM-Lab as part of their required courses; Make sure to speak with your advisor to enroll in the course.
- 15.830 Enterprise Management Lab
- (Fall into IAP, 3 units in Fall, 6 units in IAP, required during 1st year)
- 15.714 Competitive Strategy (Fall, 9 units)
- 15.724 Financial Management (Fall, 9 units)
- 15.732 Marketing Management (Fall, 9 units)
- 15.734 Introduction to Operations Management (Summer/Spring, 9 units)
- 15.736 Introduction to System Dynamics (Summer/Spring, 9 units)
Note:
While participation in Hack-A-Thon (ES.608 SIP Workshop: Management Practice Hack-A-Thon) is not required for EMBA students to earn the EMC, they are very highly encouraged to participate.
