Join us for the 24th annual MIT Sloan Healthcare and BioInnovations Conference (SHBC) and the Sloan Healthcare Innovations Prize competition (SHIP) on February 26- 27, 2026 at the MIT Media Lab.

AIC is the flagship event of the MIT Sloan Africa Business Club, bringing together over 250 entrepreneurs, innovators, investors, policymakers, and industry leaders from around the world.

The conference is a student led initiative that brings together students, alumni, industry leaders and academics to discuss key topics related to Latin America, including business, innovation, and leadership.

The conference unites students, DOD officials, industry leaders, and venture capitalists to foster collaboration, challenge conventional thinking, and drive innovation in addressing complex security challenges.

At the conference, we will examine how space-based companies are extending their capabilities in orbit, and how organizations traditionally rooted on Earth can learn from and add value to these emerging systems.
