About

Adriana Bokel Herde joined Biogen as Head of Human Resources for Europe and Canada in June 2011. In November 2012, she took the responsibility for the integration of the HR Shared Service organization, including implementation of a new global HR platform. Since then she moved to the US to lead the HR organization supporting the Corporate Functions. Currently, Adriana is the VP, People Services, an organization that focus on delivering an outstanding services and an unique user experience for employees, managers, executives and candidates. Prior to that, Adriana worked in various roles for PAREXEL, Volkswagen & MediGene in Germany. Adriana has more than 15 years of HR experience in areas such as leadership/talent development, international recruitment, strategic HR and mergers and acquisitions. Adriana holds a degree in Clinical Psychology, a Master in Adult Educational Psychology and an MBA..
