Rianna Allen-Charles

I am an academic administrator with fifteen years of experience in the higher education, corporate, and retail sectors.As an Associate Director at Sloan, I advise MIT Undergraduate Course 15 students. I am a highly-skilled academic administrator; who manages student academic data, leads projects and curriculum development, implement DEI strategies, and coordinates high-level events.

I forge relationships within Sloan and across MIT, and I continue to develop and build excellent rapport by fostering these partnerships. I am passionate about creating defining moments by adding value through excellent communication, and creating a welcoming space for our students, faculty, and staff.
