Iman YeckehZaare is a Postdoctoral Associate at the MIT Center for Collective Intelligence. His research builds shared knowledge infrastructure for human-AI research, collective intelligence, scalable learning systems, and future-of-work analysis.

At MIT CCI, he contributes to the Work Activity Ontology project and leads implementation work around ontology infrastructure, AI-assisted ontology development, and human-AI evaluation workflows. He is also head of research at Honor Education, where he manages interdisciplinary research, design, and software-development work on culture-aware coaching, graph-based adaptive learning, collaborative knowledge construction, and human-in-the-loop research pipelines.

Since 2020, he has voluntarily led the 1Cademy research communities, a multi-institution effort around collaborative micro-topic knowledge graphs and prerequisite-based learning pathways.
