About

Eric is a Senior Lecturer and Research Fellow at the MIT Sloan School of Management, where he leads the AI Masterclass for C-suite and Board executives, and serves as special advisor to McKinsey on technology and AI. He is a McKinsey senior partner emeritus, having spent over 30 years advising the leadership teams of Fortune 500 companies on digital and AI transformation, strategy, and operational excellence. During his McKinsey career, he served on the firm's board of directors, led McKinsey Technology & AI in North America, and was managing partner of McKinsey Canada. 

Eric is a globally recognized authority on business transformation with AI and the coauthor of the bestselling book Rewired: How Leading Companies Win with Technology and AI (Wiley). The book, now in its second edition, has become a definitive guide for top executive teams, drawing on methods pioneered over the past decade.

Eric serves on the boards of two global professional services firms, WSP and NTT Data, and two leading ventures in industrial robotics and AI.

He holds a PhD in Engineering from MIT, a BEng from McGill, and an MBA from Collège des Ingénieurs in Paris.
