Double Major: Course 15-3 Finance + Course 14-2 Mathematical Economics
This roadmap is an ‘MIT student optimized’ guide for structuring your schedule. Course 15 always encourages you to choose courses based upon interest, not by whichever checks off the most boxes. Please read the footnotes for additional options, email: ugeducation@sloan.mit.edu or come see us in E52-150 (Suite 133).

Notes:
1Students who choose 15-3 as primary major and 14-2 as secondary major can count up to 6 subjects toward both the Course 14-2 major and the HASS requirement.
2Students can choose to take both 15.417 and 15.418. Students who take 15.401 (rather than 15.417) must then take 15.418. Students who take 15.402 (rather than 15.418) must take 15.417. Majors who take only one of 15.417 and 15.418, must take 15.276 or 15.279 to complete their second CI-M.
3Depending on the amount of double counting towards major and GIR requirements, additional units will be needed to accrue the 180 units beyond GIRs.
4Please check the Course 14 website for list of subjects that fulfill each requirement bucket. Take note of level, CI-M status, prerequisites and semesters offered.
