Deishin Lee

Deishin Lee is a Visiting Assistant Professor at the MIT Sloan School of Management.

She approaches sustainability problems through an operational lens, focusing on the way natural resources can be utilized more efectively.  Lee analyzes field-based problems in a variety of industries including energy, high tech, food, and industrial manufacturing. Her other stream of research centers on technology and information management in a network environment.

Lee is an Assistant Professor in the Operations Management Department at the Boston College Carroll School of Management. Prior to that, she was on the faculty of Harvard Business School.

Lee holds a BS and an MS in both management and in mechanical engineering, all from MIT, and a PhD from Stanford University.
