Leadership
At MIT Sloan, we believe that leadership involves taking practical steps to solve pressing challenges. Effective leaders use their analytical skills to translate ideas into collective action to make positive change. We believe leadership is a practice anyone can learn, so we offer many educational opportunities and programs to help our students develop their leadership skills. The MIT Leadership Center offers a range of courses, programs, and executive coaching for MBA, Executive MBA, and Sloan Fellows MBA students. Other leadership activities include MIT Sloan Executive Education, the MIT Executive MBA, and the Women’s Leadership Program.
