The CDO offers career advising and coaching, curated resources, and a calendar of career events.  We facilitate connections with companies, your classmates, and alumni to assist you in building your network – for information, collaboration, and opportunities.

As an enrolled student, you benefit from the guidance of dedicated career advisors and coaches who know their programs and can assist in all stages of career management, from deciding what’s next, to developing a plan, making connections, preparing for interviews, and negotiating offers

Corporate Relationships + Industry Knowledge

Our employers understand the unique value of MIT Sloan students, and we make it easy for them to connect with you. We offer employers a high level of service and build strong relationships; many employers visit us every year for company events and career fairs.  Regular outreach to our contacts – which include thousands of alumni – keeps us on top of trends and opportunities, which we share with you through Career Central, MIT Sloan’s career management system.
